A little more about the Art Making/Writing sessions
A Book Art & Journaling Experience Rooted in Nature
This four-day experience will guide participants through a creative process of releasing, transforming, and igniting new energy. Combining structured progression with fluid exploration, each 2-hour session will include journaling, bookmaking, nature-inspired art, and mindful walking.
Final Outcome
Each participant will leave with a handmade book infused with personal transformation, holding both the remnants of what they’ve let go of and the energy they are embracing. This book will serve as a talisman of their own resilience, creativity, and renewal.
